OVERVIEW OF ALL ASSETS


The project includes everything you see in the screenshots. Shopping center building with interior and exterior. THE INTERIORS OF SHOPS AND CAFES OF THE SHOPPING CENTER DO NOT CONTAIN PROPS (goods for sale - household appliances, clothing, etc.). Inside the building, rooms have been worked out (WITHOUT PROPS) for various shops and cafes, and there is also a set of advertising signs.

Blueprints - interactive elevator, escalator, doors and gates, fountain, barrier, air conditioning on the roof.

The package contains the standard UE character, its drawings contain the logic of interaction with the elevator and the doors of the building. When using your character, you will need to copy this logic into your player's Blueprints.

The building is built of separate modular elements, if desired, you can change it at your discretion (length, width, number of floors).


The project includes:

Walls, windows, doors, roofs and other details for the construction of a shopping center building. Modular building models (walls, roof, floor), basically, have the right UV map and allow you to use any tile materials.

Detailed design of the interiors of shops and cafes. If necessary, you can add and create your own store interiors.

All models have a UV lighting map, which allows them to be used in various projects and game engines. If necessary, you can switch from the LOD system to the Nanite system in the settings of the model in a couple of mouse clicks.
