An asset that is a modern take on the old-school look. Retro textures with modern lighting techniques and some neat post process effects give this environment an old vibe. All foliage densities can be changed, and materials can be turned into unlit materials if you want true unlit retro.


Retro is becoming a very popular style once again, and Retro Medieval Village is designed to get that Old-School look quickly. With low resolution pixelated textures, along with properly UV'd low-poly assets, it's a great asset to get started with a Retro game. With a medium sized collection of medieval props and buildings, it's very intuitive to make a town scene very quickly. All meshes are highly optimized due to low triangle counts and small texture resolutions, and many textures are reusable among buildings and props. With many tiling texture options, as well as a building addition prop, it's easy to create unique looking buildings with the presets provided. If you have any suggestions for props that may be beneficial to the asset, let me know and it may be added in the future!
