This package is inspired by Asian slums, which include several alleys with many details, houses, assets, neon billboards, etc. There is also a blueprint system for neon billboards in this package, you can easily create a wide range of billboards with different advertisements using it. The demo map can show the possibility of populating any similar projects with the same art style. you can use the demo map directly or just use the props for populating your own unique scenes. there was special care and attention to every detail of the assets in this project that can be seen in close-ups. Except for a few walls and floors that are nanite, the rest of the assets are optimized and low-poly.

This product supports some Nanite walls and floors for Unreal Engine 5.0+ and has lowpoly models for Unreal Engine 4.27.
