Classroom Props Pack

A collection of AAA quality props to fill out any classroom scene.

• Meshes are textured at a high level of detail, giving you the option to reduce resolution for optimisation without comprising on base quality. They all have lightmaps and auto-generated collision and LODs.
• Blueprints are included for the desk and door that allow you to open them at different amounts to add variation to a scene.
• A simple dust particle system is included to add more atmosphere to your scene.
• 3 Substance materials are included for wall paint, ceiling tiles, and flooring. There are 4 user customisable options for the flooring, and the wall paint allows user customisability such as switching colours.
• Variety of classroom props such as lockers, desks, chairs, a blackboard, as well as general items like a door, lamp, and trashcan.
